The Goldfinger + Tate collection draws inspiration from two of London’s most iconic architectural landmarks: the Tate Modern—formerly the Bankside Power Station—and the Trellick Tower, a defining example of West London’s brutalist architecture and home to the Goldfinger showroom and workshop.

I designed and led the production of this collection, which includes a table, bench, stool, and shelving unit. With a contemporary, chunky silhouette softened by rounded edges, the pieces rely on simple, archetypal forms. The design is intentionally direct and unpretentious; as I once described it to a friend, “It’s just a table with four legs.”
