This project was one of the most challenging and rewarding pieces I delivered during my time at Goldfinger. I managed, designed, built, and installed it, working closely with Zynk Design and the client, HVN, to bring the concept to life.

The result is an elegantly curved solid‑timber seat that welcomes guests into a carefully composed biophilic space, setting a calm and inviting tone from the moment they arrive. Upholstered in vibrant green velvet, the piece echoes the restorative qualities of nature and reinforces the atmosphere of wellbeing at the heart of the project.

Beyond leading the project, I carried out all the carving myself, shaping the timber by hand to create a rich, tactile surface that deepens the experience and gives the seat its distinctive character.
